Peshawar Zalmi will be without the services of Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq in the playoffs, starting from tomorrow.
Babar Azam's men will play Multan Sultans in Qualifier 1 on March 14 at the National Bank Cricket Stadium and the 24-year-old will not be participating.
Naveen has flown to UAE to join the Afghanistan cricket team for their upcoming three-match T20I series against Ireland, starting from March 15.
"Couple of great weeks with Peshawar Zalmi comes to an end," Naveen wrote on Instagram.

"Sad to be leaving before the playoffs but thanking all the Zalmi fans for their love and support. I will be cheering for the team to win the trophy this year In sha Allah," he added.
Naveen-ul-Haq picked up the key wickets of Shoaib Malik and James Vince in his most recent PSL 2024 outing, leading Zalmi to a thrilling two-run win versus Karachi Kings. Overall, the right-arm fast bowler snared nine wickets across six appearances this PSL season.
Earlier, Islamabad United opener Colin Munro suffered a hamstring injury and has become a major doubt for the eliminator match against Quetta Gladiators which will be played at the National Bank Stadium on March 15.
Reportedly, Munro pulled his hamstring in the same match and is a major doubt for the first eliminator. However, if Islamabad manage to beat Quetta on Friday, then the team’s medical staff will make a final decision on his participation in the second eliminator.
